Andrew has a 25-year-long experience in the real world performances od Oracle Databases. Andrew's point of view is that a good performance system is rarely an accident and that most companies have the system they deserve.

Tom Kyte is a senior techical architect in Oracle Sever Technology Division. Before Oracle, Tom was working as an big-scale heterogeneous databeses and applications integrator, mostly wroking for military and government clients.
